Returns and Exchange Policy

We kindly ask that you consider your options and ask for advice before making your purchase as our products are made-to-order, especially for you.

All products sold by Pedersen + Lennard are subject to strict quality control standards.

Products sold may only be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of delivery, on condition that they are returned undamaged, in their original packaging and condition. Customers may not return or exchange the following products:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Custom made items

Products need to be returned suitable for re-sale. We are unable to accept products for exchange if they have been used or damaged. It will be the customers' cost and responsibility to return the item to our factory in Maitland by reliable and recorded delivery.

Should you wish for us to handle the return/exchange delivery, we will send the invoice for the cost of the delivery to you by email. We use The Courier Guy and City Logistics for all our deliveries nationwide.

We reserve the right to refuse a return/ exchange should you fail to comply with this returns policy.

To request a return/ exchange please email: admin@pedersenlennard.co.za with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item you would like to return/ exchange
  • Reason for the return/ exchange request (we'd love your feedback)
  • New item request (if applicable)

 




Damages Policy

At Pedersen + Lennard, we design and produce products with the clear aim of long-lasting quality & design aesthetic. We pride ourselves in having very few returns which is due to the focus on quality that we put into each aspect of production.

Although we abide by the CPA regulations, our warranty extends beyond that as we strive to build a relationship with our clients that will span years.
However, we do sometimes miss the ball so if you feel the product is defective or of poor quality please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing admin@pedersenlennard.co.za detailing the following:

  1. Tell us your order number
  2. Item name
  3. Details of what went wrong (so we can work out the best and fastest way to resolve this for you)
  4. Pictures of product

We will make sure to sort it out as fast and effectively as possible for you.
