Inspired by the pursuit of constant refinement and improvement (Kaizen), we aimed for a visually light aesthetic to celebrate these beautiful materials and proportions.
The rounded edges, the expressed curves and details - these elements all emerged as the central theme to guide our design process.
The result is a playful and satisfying relationship between the steel tube curves and the rounded timber edges with a particular focus on the tactile quality of these materials.
Available in a range of colours and timber options, this chair represents something truly original, robust and comfortable.
Materials: Mild steel structure & hardwood seat.
Finish: Oil-based Sealant & Powder-coated mild steel

* For bar counters around 1050mm height we suggest the 750 stool height

All Pedersen + Lennard pieces are carefully handcrafted to order in our Cape Town factory.

Furniture items: 6-8 weeks.
Ready to ship collection: Products in this collection are dispatched for delivery within 5 working days from receipt of payment.

Delivery: We deliver nationwide (South Africa) with either our own delivery team or trusted courier partners.
Collection: Orders can be collected from our Cape Town showroom (free). We'll let you know once your order is completed and ready for pick up.
