Our furniture is made using the finest materials, coatings, and finishes. We pride ourselves in building a strong brand with a very high standard of quality.

Although we abide by the CPA regulations, our warranty extends beyond that as we strive to build a relationship with our clients that will span years.

Our products carry a limited warranty of material or manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.

We will repair or replace any defective product and can grant refund requests for faulty goods within 7 days of delivery, at our discretion.

- Natural changes in colouration or fine hairline cracks that may develop in the timber naturally over time.

- Splitting, cracking or warping of the timber caused by lack of maintenance.

- Damage caused by misuse or any modifications made to the product after purchase.

- Custom finishes that fall outside of our standard material library.

In addition, due to rigorous and often unintended use in commercial environments, we reserve the right to assess the cause of damage as we see fit.

Timber is a natural product and is affected by changes in humidity, age and general wear and tear. If not properly cared for, this may result in cracking or warping of the wood.

Thus, please take note of our care instructions and action accordingly, as failure to do so may void warranty. If you are unsure or have any questions, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist.
